We believe in 100% satisfaction from our customers. If you are unsure about switching to our service based on prices, we offer a trial period of one month. At the end of the trial month, if you don’t feel that our service is worth the difference in price, simply pay us what you paid your last pool service and hang onto our information for future repairs or in case you change your mind!

JMAC Pool & Spa Service is licensed by the Los Angeles County Health Department and holds your pool to the highest standards of care. Every week the following services will be performed at your pool or spa, and are included in the monthly service rate:

• Balancing of Chemicals: tests for PH, Chlorine, and Alkalinity will be taken on a weekly basis, and chemicals will be added accordingly. Water hardness, conditioner and phosphate readings will be taken as needed to ensure the proper levels in the pool.
• Netting / Brushing / Vacuuming: Debris and dirt will be removed from your pool as well as brushing of the plaster to cut down on staining and scale buildup. Rust and leaf stains as well as calcium buildup can be removed with heavier scrubbing and optional chemical treatment.
• Tile Cleaning: Your tile will be brushed weekly using an abrasive pad with tile cleaner to remove scale, pollen, and other buildup while keeping your tile sparkling clean.
• Inspection of equipment: Your equipment will be inspected regularly to make sure it is operating efficiently and correctly. Any leaks or necessary repairs will be reported to you immediately in order to ensure safe and functioning pool equipment. Time clocks will be adjusted based on the size of the pool and the necessary run-time needed to properly circulate the water while saving on electricity costs.
• Emptying of pump baskets, skimmer baskets, and pool sweep baskets: Regular removal of debris from all containers ensures that water properly circulates and the equipment functions properly.

All pool filters will be cleaned twice a year to ensure crystal clear water and proper circulation. Spas will be drained and refilled twice a year in addition to the two filter cleanings. Salt-systems generally require the salt cell to be cleaned every 3-6 months.

Repairs and replacement parts are simply a phone call away! All repairs as well as necessary parts will be reported to you prior to installation or replacement.

JMAC Pool & Spa Service offers pool start-ups at affordable rates based on size and location of the pool.
